New construction for the garden centre Intratuin Maastricht

In Maastricht, Mark and Paul Smeets commissioned Thermoflor to substantially remodel the entrance to their beautiful garden centre. The current entrance will make way for a new 1,200 m² building with 2 floors. The ground floor will house the entrance, a new flower shop and the checkout area. On the first floor will be the revamped catering area adjacent to the current shop. So it will be cosy in the South of the Netherlands.

The modern design takes into account a sustainable look in which a lot of 'green' has been used in addition to glass.

Construction is planned from June and the final opening, including all catering facilities, is for spring 2025. The successful design comes from Breddels Architects, see impression photo.
